We are looking for a motivated Solution Engineer to join our European Application Engineering team. Key responsibilities include: * As a Solution Engineer, you will support the development of technical elevator solutions based on customer and project requirements. Working together with experienced Engineers and international teams, you will develop your knowledge of elevator products, applications and engineering processes while progressively taking ownership of projects. * Support the development of technical solutions for projects. * Prepare layout drawings, technical configurations and pre-engineering packages. * Support technical feasibility checks and identify deviations or constraints. * Coordinate project information with international teams, internal stakeholders,



factories and suppliers. * Monitor technical project progress and support the resolution of engineering issues, escalating complex cases when required. * Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations and quality requirements. * Contribute to lessons learned activities, standardization and continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices.
