Key Responsibilities Operational Compliance & Management * Oversee timely preparation, filing, and payment of direct and indirect taxes (CIT, VAT/GST, sales tax, withholding tax, etc.) across jurisdictions. * Ensure accurate tax treatment in daily operations, including payments to suppliers and trainers. * Monitor and interpret tax law changes and advise management on implications. * Lead tax audits and manage relationships with tax authorities.



* Review tax provisions for statutory and management reporting. Strategic Tax Planning & Structure * Own the preparation and maintenance of the Transfer Pricing Master File and Local Files. * Design and optimize the group’s global tax structure, minimizing risks and supporting growth. * Collaborate with the Finance Director and advisors to implement compliant intercompany agreements and pricing policies. Cross-Functional Advisory * Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to integrate tax considerations into business decisions. * Manage external advisors, auditors, and legal counsel. * Provide training and guidance to internal teams on VAT, sales tax, and cross-border rules. Basic Qualifications * Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Law.
