We are now looking for a Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant to join the team in Málaga (on-site) . In this role, you’ll represent a leading fashion brand, providing world-class support and helping customers with their orders, products, and services.
What you’ll do
As a Fashion Support Consultant, you will:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
- Log all case details into the management system and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain product and service knowledge related to the fashion brand you represent.
- Escalate potential issues to your mentor or team lead when needed.
- Follow all company processes and administrative procedures.

What we’re looking for

You’re a great fit if you:
- Are fluent or bilingual in Finnish , with advanced English or Spanish .
- Have strong customer care and problem-solving skills .
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Are adaptable, proactive, and able to take ownership of each case.
- Have basic IT knowledge (Windows, MS Office, internet configuration).
