Service Line Leader – Trailers (m/f/d)

In this role Head of Service Line Trailer, you will own engineering delivery, and close collaboration with commercial and operational functions

Own the end-to-end product and engineering execution for the sub-service line segment, ensuring delivery of committed roadmap and customer value
Drive profitable growth for the sub-service line, owning the full P&L; and contributing to the overall service line financial targets
Define and maintain a compelling product roadmap aligned with customer needs, market evolution and strategic priorities of the service line




Build effective collaboration with commercial, marketing and support functions to ensure product-market fit and successful go-to-market execution
Own investment decisions and resource prioritization across the sub-service line, balancing short-term delivery commitments with long-term platform growth
Anticipate customer and market evolution to identify new product opportunities and ensure the sub-service line remains competitively differentiated
Build and develop a high-performing, accountable and delivery-oriented team spanning product management and engineering

Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, combined with several years of leadership experience in digital products, software solutions, or technology-driven businesses.
Proven track record of successfully managing digital product portfolios, including ownership of commercial results and P&L; responsibility.
