Position : Director, E-Invoicing & Digital Compliance, Europe

Build Cygnet's e-invoicing and digital compliance business across Europe, from first enterprise accounts to a scaled market.
Work Mode: Remote within Europe, with regular European travel.
Compensation: €130K base plus €50K variable (€180K on-target).
Engagement Model: The role starts with a paid six-week consulting engagement with a defined full-time conversion point, so both sides can validate the fit in the market.

The role
• Cygnet is expanding its E-Invoicing, Tax Technology and Digital Compliance business across Germany, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, France, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary. Initial enterprise opportunities are already in motion in several of these markets.
• This is a hands-on, individual contributor market-entry role in its first phase. You will originate, advise and close yourself, with product, presales and delivery teams behind you, and shape the team as the market scales.



It suits someone with 8 to 15 years of experience who combines real e-invoicing and indirect tax technology depth with the ability to create enterprise opportunities and partner channels from scratch.

What you will do
• Develop and execute Cygnet's go-to-market strategy across the European markets above.
• Originate and qualify enterprise opportunities and build your own pipeline.
• Lead customer discovery and readiness workshops and executive advisory conversations with Finance, Tax, IT, Procurement and ERP stakeholders.
• Advise customers on European mandates and frameworks: Peppol, EN 16931, ViDA, CTC and DRR regimes, XRechnung and ZUGFeRD (Germany), the French e-invoicing reform and PDP model, Verifactu and B2B e-invoicing (Spain), KSeF (Poland), SDI (Italy) and related regimes across Central Europe.
