As we expand our presence in Spain with the opening of our new office, we are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Engineer to lead sales activities and support customers across the Spanish territory (excluding Catalonia). This role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing regional operation with the backing of a world‑class engineering organisation.

Sales responsibilities

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing the Spanish market by managing leads, supporting customers, and promoting the full Russell Finex product portfolio—capital equipment, spare parts, and associated services.



You will work independently within your territory and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, prospects, and partners.

This role requires a proactive, consultative sales approach and strong ownership of the entire sales cycle—from qualification to close, forecasting, reporting, and long‑term relationship management.

Geographical area of responsibility
• Independently plan and administer all aspects of sales and support of Russell Finex products and services in the all-Spanish territory except Catalonia Region.

Marketing & reporting
• Contribute to the development of targeted marketing campaigns.
• Support trade shows, industry events, customer demonstrations, and regional marketing initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence to the wider Sales & Marketing team to help shape strateg
