We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Engineer to join our Purchasing & Supply Chain team. This role combines engineering fundamentals with data-driven decision-making to contribute to suppliers optimization, inventory management, production planning, cost analysis and distribution processes.
The position will work closely with cross-functional teams supporting key initiatives under the guidance of senior team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze supply chain performance using data-driven methods to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and maintenance of cost models for components and products, contributing to decisions related to design, process optimization, make-or-buy, and manufacturing localization.




• Support to procurement and new suppliers tasks
• Support to international purchaising process.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities in both existing and new product designs.
• Evaluate production costs across different manufacturing sites and suppliers, supporting scenario analysis (volume changes, currency fluctuations, supplier changes).
• Develop models and simulations to optimize production planning, inventory levels, and demand forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support digital transformation initiatives (ERP enhancements, process automation, data analytics tools).
• Maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor supply chain performance and support decision-making reporting.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Controlling, Op
