? Role Description:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Administration team in Madrid.



Reporting directly to the Tax & Accounting Manager, you will take ownership of the full accounting cycle across our project portfolio, ensure compliance with IFRS and Spanish GAAP, and play a key role in consolidation and reporting for our renewable energy SPVs. This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to international transactions, project finance structures, and a fast-growing asset base across Europe.

? Your main responsibilities will be:
• Own the end-to-end accounting cycle: journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end close.
• Lead preparation and presentation of annual accounts under IFRS and Spanish GAAP.
• Manage tax compliance: VAT, CIT, withholding taxes, and support in filing with AEAT and other European tax authorities.
• Handle consolidation of project SPVs, including intercompany eliminations and minority interest calculations.
• Oversee invoice and payment management for both domestic and international o
