About Hetmos
Hetmos is an independent advisory firm specialized in mergers & acquisitions and financial operations for technology, engineering and medical companies (small & mid-cap).
Our approach is deliberately disruptive: leveraging data, massively distributing opportunities, and providing international access to investors. With 14+ offices across Europe and a network of 75+ consultants, we operate deals across borders — and we train the next generation of dealmakers the same way.
As part of our growth, we are opening international internship positions in M&A; Origination & Deal Execution, based in one of our European hubs.

• Contribute to valuation work and financial analysis (multiples, comparables, basic modeling)
• Track deal pipelines in our CRM and coordinate follow-ups through to closing
3. Market & Investor Intelligence

• Monitor tenders and market opportunities (public and private)
• Produce sector notes and screening memos for the deal team
4. International Exposure
• Work directly with our founding team and country partners
• Participate in cross-border deal flows between France, Spain, CEE and beyond
