What you own
• The operating rhythm: weekly numbers, owners, decisions, follow-through across product, growth, partnerships and finance.
• The twelve offices as one company: hiring, onboarding, tools, vendors, legal and compliance.
• The agent layer as an operating asset: where agents take repeatable work, where people take the calls, and the controls around both.
• Integration of acquired apps and teams into the portfolio.

What you bring
• Ten or more years running operations in a consumer tech, media or fintech company at scale, part of it as the person accountable for the P&L; mechanics.
• A record of making cross-border teams simpler, not bigger.
• Comfort with AI agents as colleagues; you have shipped work through them, not read about them.
• Fluent English; Spanish or Turkish helps.
