The Field Application Engineer (FAE)



is a field-based expert responsible for delivering exceptional mainly post-sale support to customers,
ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. In this role, the FAE oversees the successful installation, adoption, and optimization of
Cepheid’s GeneXpert systems within clinical laboratories across the region. By partnering closely with all customers in the region, the FAE
maximizes system uptime, drives adoption, and enhances the commercial value of GeneXpert systems and assays.

This position reports to the Customer Care Manager in Spain, it requires remote work and travel to cover South Iberia Territory.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Conduct pre-installation site assessments, install instruments, configure software and connectivity, and provide ongoing support to customers during the evaluation stage. Continue to assist after product launch and on assay conversion, assay trainings, implement any
