About the role

We are seeking Business Analysts with at least 2 years of experience in implementing IT solutions in life science companies. Your main task will be to translate our pharma customers business needs into user stories and technology and to participate in implementation projects for high profile clients – from initiation to completion. The idóneo candidate has successfully completed the first IT projects and is ready to specialize in delivering complex projects.

The position is placed in the Data and Analytics practice area within BASE,



which combines highly specialized business knowledge of the pharma commercial domain with in-depth technology expertise to maximize the value creation from the digital platform of our clients.

As a minimum, we expect you to have 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within life science, specifically:

• Deep hands-on understanding of the commercial processes in life science companies.
• Successful track record of participating in IT projects in a life science company.
• Proven experience in data visualization tools: Qlik (preferred), Power BI, Tableau or similar.
• Understanding of relational databases concepts and big data technologies.
• Problem solving and critical thinking mindset to support our clients’ analytics challenges and ambition to become data driven companies.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to structure tasks and sense of details.
