? THE ROLE
Lead the migration and refactoring of an insurance platform. You’ll guide a small engineering team while staying hands-on, modernizing the architecture and introducing AI-assisted development and agent-based workflows.

?️ WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers.
• Define the technical architecture and ensure code quality and scalability.
• Drive the platform migration and refactoring.
• Design event-driven architectures and maintainable backend services.
• Develop across the stack, mainly with PHP and Python, and contribute to Vue.js when needed.
• Promote AI-assisted coding with tools such as Claude and Copilot.
• Explore agent-based workflows and delegate appropriate coding tasks to AI tools.

? WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong PHP development experience.
• Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Engineer guiding a small team.
• Experience with AWS, especially serverless architecture.
• Strong understanding of event-driven systems and distributed architectures.




• A hands-on approach across the stack, with strong ownership and leadership skills.
• A pragmatic, product-oriented, solution-driven mindset, open to AI-augmented development.
Python backend experience, Vue.js, and familiarity with AI tools or agentic engineering are strong advantages. React experience is also relevant if you’re open to transitioning to Vue.js.
