As a Junior Fund Controller,
you will support the fund operations and reporting as well as the execution and monitoring of the portfolio company information. You will work closely with the Fund controlling team in Luxembourg.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting:
• Assist in NAV calculations and reconciliation of fund accounts
• Monitor fund cash flows, capital calls, and distributions
Portfolio Monitoring Support:
• Portfolio companies data collection and maintaining data in the portfolio monitoring tool
• Track financial performance of portfolio companies and reconcile reported figures
• Assist in maintaining fund-level and asset-level financial data
Investor Reporting:
• Support responses to investor queries and ad-hoc information requests
Audit & Compliance:
• Support audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Process Improvement & Systems:
• Maintain and improve financ
