Acting as a key interface between engineering and commercial teams, you will play a critical role in translating customer needs into scalable, high-impact technical solutions that align with strategic business objectives.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment, combining strong business development capabilities with the ability to engage in technical discussions and solution design.

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse ecosystem of leading enterprise Data, AI, and Automation vendors across Europe, driving joint initiatives and delivering value to customers.

This role follows a versátil hybrid working model, with occasional travel across Europe for key meetings and partner engagements.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategy

• Identify, qualify,



and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technical and executive decision-makers
• Develop joint go to market initiatives with vendors, partners, and internal sales teams
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy.
• Lead contract negotiations and close strategic deals
• Support partner & vendor recruitment, onboarding, and enablement to expand market reach

Technical Solution Selling

• Translate customer technical requirements into tailored product or service solutions
• Drive discovery & business planning sessions with partners & vendors to understand customer challenges, architecture, and desired outcomes
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to develop proposals and technical presen
