We are looking for a Senior Customer Engineer to join Aduna's Customer Engineering team, where Product, Engineering, customers, and CSPs come together to solve complex integration and platform challenges.

In this role, you will work directly with customers, telecom operators, and internal teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and help shape the evolution of Aduna's platform. You will take ownership of challenging technical problems, bridge the gap between customer needs and product capabilities, and help ensure that real-world market requirements become scalable platform solutions.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer and CSP requirements that fall outside Aduna's standard product capabilities and assess technical feasibility.





• Design technical solutions and platform adaptations while maintaining alignment with CAMARA, TM Forum, and Open Gateway standards where possible.

• Work directly with customer integration teams and CSP engineering counterparts to troubleshoot issues, answer technical questions, and drive successful integrations.

• Translate market requirements into clear technical recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.

• Identify recurring integration patterns and help determine which capabilities should become standard product features.

• Contribute to the evolution of Network API standards through insights gained from customer and CSP engagements.

• Build and maintain technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and reference implementations.

• Support customer prototyping and early-stage solution validation activities.

• Create technical documentation, design recommendations, and engineering
