? The Role
A salesperson signs a merchant in the field. That merchant needs to show up correctly in our CRM, Merchant Activation and Customer Success need it to get the account live, and Finance needs that same record to know what commission is owed, what revenue to expect, and how each "pocket" — a cluster of merchants we're building density in — is performing. When that chain breaks, Sales loses time to admin and Finance loses time firefighting numbers.




We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own that chain end to end. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll own the CRM, the sales process and the reporting that let Sales move fast without losing visibility — and let Finance trust the numbers underneath revenue and commissions ?

? What You'll Do
? Own the CRM & the sales process
Administer Salesforce, set up simple automations, and define the pipeline stages and handoffs between Sales, Merchant Activation and CS — so nothing depends on someone remembering to chase the next step ⚙️
? Report on what matters
Build the dashboards that show everyone, from a Zone Lead to the CEO, how the funnel and each pocket opening are really performing ?
? Call it early on every pocket
Define what success looks like before a pocket opens, run the 30/60/90-day reviews, and recommend whether to scale, extend or close ?
? Forecast & budget with Sales
Build acquisition and revenue forecasts that feed
