What you own
• The research and build agenda for multi-agent systems that run real products for 100M+ people a month.
• Evaluation: how we know an agent is good enough to take a call on its own, and when it is not.
• A small team of applied ML and data engineers, plus the people across the company who build on your work.
• The lab's public output: what we publish, open and share.

What you bring
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based systems in production, with results you can show.
• Strong judgement on what to build, what to buy and what to wait for.
• Experience leading a small technical team; you still read the code.
• Writing that people outside the field can follow.
