As Commercial Director, you will play a key role in shaping and driving the company’s commercial development. You will define and implement the commercial strategy, lead the sales organisation and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, distributors and purchasing groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Define ambitious yet achievable sales objectives and translate them into clear, effective commercial action plans.
• Lead, manage and develop the commercial team, fostering a motivated, customer-focused and high-performing organization.
• Drive business growth in line with the company’s strategic goals and continuously assess the effectiveness of commercial activities.
• Analyze sales performance, profitability and profit margins in order to identify opportunities and implement appropriate improvement measures.
• Represent the company in important customer meetings, negotiations, industry events and trade fairs, both nationally and internationally.
• Lead, inspire and develop the commercial team, fostering a customer-focused, performance-oriented and collaborative culture.
