Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality technical or general support to customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service documentation in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with international team members to share insights and improve service workflows.

• Stay updated on product or service knowledge to provide precise and helpful information to end-users.

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited for the customer support services industry.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment in Athens.
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and customer relationship management software.
