Are you curious about how businesses work, confident speaking with customers and excited by the opportunity to build a career in technology sales?

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Barcelona team and help existing Sage customers discover more ways our solutions can support their business.

This isn’t simply a lead qualification role. You’ll speak with customers who already use Sage and have shown interest in additional solutions. Your job will be to understand their challenges, uncover opportunities and turn that interest into meaningful sales conversations.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing while developing valuable experience in consultative selling, SaaS, business technology and AI.

What we’re looking for

Experience in B2B sales, business development, customer success or another client-facing role.

Confident communication and strong listening skills.

Curiosity,

Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Fluent Spanish and professional-level English.

Interest in SaaS, technology and AI.

SaaS experience is a plus, but it’s not essential. We value potential, curiosity and learning ability just as much as direct experience.
