Business Development Manager Healthcare - Spain

You will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with healthcare providers, hospital groups, senior living operators, consultants, project developers and key decision makers, driving the adoption of innovative foodservice solutions that improve operational efficiency, sustainability and patient experience.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, influencing specifications, creating strategic partnerships and delivering sustainable business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing





• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive sustainable growth within the healthcare sector, identifying and securing new project opportunities across hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, and care facilities.
• Build and maintain a robust project pipeline through proactive market engagement, customer acquisition, and early involvement in project planning phases to influence specifications and position Electrolux Professional solutions as the preferred choice.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and contribute to the development of new business segments, supporting the creation and execution of targeted marketing plans and key account strategies.
• Develop strong relationships with healthcare operators, consultants, architects, general contractors, project developers, investors, and other key stakeholders involved in decision-making and project development.
