We're building dual-use software for decision superiority: fusing live open-source intelligence (OSINT) into dynamic training scenarios, measuring how people decide under pressure with rule-based scoring (EU AI Act-compliant, never generative), and issuing signed W3C Verifiable Credentials. Human-in-the-loop by design. Pre-seed, working MVP and live demos, Madrid.
You'll own the technical core — OSINT data pipelines, LLM-based scenario generation, the scoring engine, and the verifiable-credentials layer (Python/FastAPI). You'll shape architecture, roadmap, and eventually the team.
You are:
• Strong in AI/ML and data engineering — you can build the above, not just advise on it
• Bonus: background in cybersecurity, OSINT, intelligence or defence/security systems
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• EU-based / EU national (important for European defence funding eligibility)
• Founder mindset: comfortable with equity over salary at this stage, ready to commit
