To accelerate our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Commercial Director. This position offers a clear long-term perspective: in a planned succession, you will take over the role of Managing Director in the foreseeable future. As a leader, you will guide your team, shape and implement our commercial strategy, lead sales, and strengthen our partnerships with customers, distributors, and purchasing groups.

Key Responsibilities
• Shape and implement the company’s commercial strategy, contributing directly to our long-term growth and market development.
• Lead, inspire and develop the commercial team, fostering a motivated, customer-focused, high-performing and collaborative culture.
• Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer needs and competitive developments.




• Convert business opportunities into specific portfolio requirements and align on the development and implementation jointly with the central Product Management Team.
• Expand and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors and purchasing groups.
• Define ambitious yet achievable sales objectives and translate them into clear, effective commercial action plans.
• Drive business growth in line with the company’s strategic goals and continuously assess the effectiveness of commercial activities.
• Analyze sales performance, profitability and profit margins in order to identify opportunities and implement appropriate improvement measures.
• Represent the company in important customer meetings, negotiations, industry events and trade fairs, both nationally and internationally.
