What you own
• The measurement stack: SDKs, event taxonomies, attribution, experimentation, dashboards.
• The alerting layer that tells humans and agents when a number moves for a reason.
• Standards that let a new app plug in in days.
• A small team and the relationship with growth, product and finance.

What you bring
• Six or more years in analytics or growth engineering for consumer mobile apps.
• Deep familiarity with mobile attribution, store data and subscription analytics.
• Experimentation done properly: power, guardrails, decisions.
• You have led people and still ship.
