Madrid. Six months, paid. Reports to the Chief of Staff.
A six-month seat inside a company that runs on agents. You learn how work gets done here and take pieces of it yourself.
What you do
• Build and maintain agent workflows for one team: drafting, testing, localising, reporting.
• Keep the operating docs current: who owns what, how a decision gets made.
• Measure what the agents save and where they fail.
• Pitch one improvement a month and ship it.

What you bring
• Final-year student or recent graduate in any discipline; what matters is that you have built something with AI tools and can show it.
• Written English at a professional level; Spanish helps.
• Curiosity about operations, not only models.
• Available full-time for six months, in Madrid.

Why Newry
Own an outcome, not a backlog: a product, a market or a line of the P&L; is yours. Work with agents from day one: they draft, test, localise and report; you decide. See it land:

your work reaches people in 170+ countries, on the first alarm and the last scroll.
How we hire
Five steps, about four weeks. Apply with your work, not a cover letter. Thirty minutes with the hiring lead. A real case from the portfolio, paid if it takes more than a day. Meet the team, and one person you would not work with. Offer written the same week.
Where we work
Madrid, Istanbul, New York, Helsinki, or wherever you do your best work. Remote-friendly across time zones; twelve offices when you want a desk.
