Private Clienteling, Pop Up & Trunk Show Manager

We are looking for someone to lead and grow our private clienteling, pop-up and trunk show direction.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, styling and operations - independently running pop-ups and trunk shows across Europe, styling clients in person, and owning the commercial result of every appointment.

There is real room to shape where this goes. New cities, new partnerships, new formats - much of what this becomes will be defined by the person who takes it on.

What the role covers
You will manage sales and client relationships throughout each event, styling clients and building looks in person. Full ownership runs from sourcing the location and the right local partners, to attracting the right audience through the door, to selecting the collection for each market, managing logistics and merchandising, and reporting on results afterward.

What we're looking for
A background in fashion, premium retail, styling, sales or events, paired with a genuine eye for style and real commercial instinct - this role depends on both.



You should have experience working with high-value clients, strong relationships across the industry, and the independence to run something with minimal oversight. Confident English is needed for international partners, along with a willingness to travel regularly.

Two ways to take this on
Full-time, based in our Kyiv showroom, combining showroom work with pop-ups and trunk shows across Ukraine and internationally.

Part-time, based anywhere in Europe, focused entirely on pop-ups and trunk shows, with a adaptable schedule built around the event calendar.
