About the role
We're looking for a Senior Private Credit Analyst to join our credit team. You'll evaluate deals, structure transactions, and monitor portfolio companies. Working at the intersection of traditional credit analysis and tokenised real-world assets.
If you've spent years digging into financial statements, building credit models under pressure, and sitting in front of investment committees, this role is for you.
What you'll do
• Analyse prospective borrowers across Latin America: fintechs, SME lenders, asset originators, and corporates
• Build financial models and stress scenarios from scratch
• Structure debt transactions and draft credit memos and investment committee materials
• Monitor the portfolio: covenants, collateral, financial performance, and early-warning signals
• Produce periodic credit reports and contribute to Debita's internal rating methodology
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and tech teams to translate deal terms into on-chain instruments
What we're looking for
• 5+ years of private credit experience in a fund, bank, development institution, or specialised lender
• Strong financial modelling skills and deep understanding of credit documentation
• Experience in at least two LatAm markets and familiarity with local regulatory frameworks
• Spanish and English — written and spoken
• Curiosity about digital assets and tokenised credit is a plus — no technical background required
