Role Description The Revenue Management Intern will support the revenue team in analyzing hotel performance data, monitoring demand trends, and helping to develop pricing and distribution strategies. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with rate updates in booking systems, preparing performance reports, tracking key metrics such as occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, and conducting market and competitor research. The intern will also help review channel performance,



support the implementation of promotional offers, and collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives. This is an internship role based in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of on-site work and work-from-home.
Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and comfort working with quantitative data and basic statistics.
• Interest in revenue management, pricing, and financial performance within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Ability to conduct structured market and competitor research and summarize findings clearly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional proficiency in Spanish or Catalan is an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic env
