Mission and your day-to-day

To ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders while providing effective support throughout the order-to-delivery process. The role contributes to customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal stakeholders, resolving order-related issues, and maintaining accurate information regarding product availability, delivery dates, pricing, and returns.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
• Manage and resolve order, delivery, and shipping-related issues.
• Monitor customer orders and ensure systems are updated with current information regarding product availability, shortages, delivery schedules, and price changes.
• Act as a liaison between customers, production, logistics, and distribution teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
• Support the management of product/parts returns and related documentation.
• Analyze and summarize reports on customer inquiries, service issues, delivery performance, customer complaints, sales trends, and return reasons.




• Provide customers with information and/or documentation regarding order status, product availability, and delivery.
• Maintain data accuracy in ERP and customer service systems or platforms.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when appropriate

Your Skills And Experience

• Understanding of order management, customer service processes, logistics, shipping, and returns processes by experience
• English knowledge is a must (min. B1) written and spoken
• Knowledge of SAP and CRM (C4C, Salesforce or similar)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
