Create with purpose. Make it memorable.

We believe healthcare should do more than respond when something goes wrong. It should help people understand their health, stay ahead of it and feel supported throughout their journey.

We’re building Hlthera to make that possible. And how Hlthera looks, feels and communicates is a big part of that.

As a Graphic Design & Content Intern, you’ll help shape the visual world of Hlthera. From social media and campaigns to digital assets, illustrations and brand moments, you’ll turn ideas into thoughtful, distinctive design that people recognise and remember.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team, taking ideas from concept to execution and helping build a brand that makes health feel more human.

What You’ll Do

• Design distinctive visual content for Hlthera across social, digital and brand channels.
• Create social media graphics, campaign assets, illustrations and other branded materials.
• Translate ideas, messages and concepts into clear, compelling visual stories.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns,

launches and key brand moments.
• Create and edit short-form video, reels and simple motion graphics when needed.
• Work within Hlthera’s visual identity while finding new ways to evolve it.
• Help ensure every touchpoint feels considered, consistent and unmistakably Hlthera.

What We’re Looking For

We care less about fitting a conventional mould and more about what you can create.

You have a strong eye for graphic design, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling. You know how to take a simple idea and turn it into something beautifully executed.

You understand that great design isn’t about adding more. It’s about knowing what matters, what doesn’t and how to make an idea feel effortless.

You’re comfortable designing for digital and social platforms. Experience with video, animation or motion graphics is a plus, but strong graphic design ability comes first.

You take ownership, care deeply abou
