Responsibilities:
• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information
• Consolidate and build the customer base
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up
• Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies
• Handle customer needs and inquiries

Requirements

• Language Skills: C2 level of Dutch (French as a plus) with good English skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus due to the multilingual nature of the Benelux market
• 20 months sales experience is preferred
• Strong capability to manage tasks autonomously and achieve goals without constant oversight
• CRM Experience:
