This is a hands-on HR leadership role within a fully remote, cross-disciplinary game development environment. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and recruitment through onboarding, employee relations, development, and offboarding. You will partner closely with leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build efficient, structured processes that attract and retain strong talent. The role combines strategic people initiatives with day-to-day HR operations, giving you direct influence on culture, engagement, and team effectiveness. You will also provide a trusted and neutral point of contact for employees, helping address challenges early and constructively. With a strong focus on autonomy, psychological safety, and continuous improvement, this role is well suited to an experienced HR professional who enjoys making a tangible impact in a growing remote organization.

Accountabilities:
As the HR Lead,



you will serve as a trusted, hands-on people partner while building scalable HR and recruitment practices that support business and production needs.

• Own full-cycle recruitment across the studio, from intake and role definition through sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and closing.

• Plan hiring proactively with team leads and identify talent gaps before they impact production.

• Build clear role requirements, structured interview processes, technical assessments, scorecards, and consistent decision-making practices.

• Manage candidate pipelines, ATS workflows, recruiting metrics, and the overall candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

• Coach managers on interviewing, hiring decisions, HR policies, and people-management practices.
