We are currently sourcing candidates for a prestigious French Speaking Technical Support Customer Experts position in Greece within the booming consumer electronics sector. Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality technical assistance to customers regarding the latest consumer electronics devices.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues via phone, email, and live chat in French.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear, concise,



and helpful technical guidance.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system to maintain service standards.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of the consumer electronics portfolio to advise users effectively.
• Participate in regular team briefings to align on support goals and technical updates.
• Escalate complex technical cases to the appropriate engineering departments when necessary.

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your move to Greece.
• A passion for technology and consumer electronics with a natural ability to explain technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered a strong advantage.
• Availability to work in a rotating shift patte
