• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, upholding brand standards for excellence.

• Document resolutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base for ongoing service improvements.
• Participate in continuous technical training to stay at the forefront of cloud technology trends.

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a work permit for Greece.
