Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of predictive audience models for Titan OS. This role will focus on turning smaller seed, sample and observed datasets into robust predictions about much larger customer populations, enabling advertisers to identify and target meaningful cohorts across Connected TV.
This is a deeply technical role for someone with strong foundations in statistics, sampling theory and machine learning.

The core challenge is not simply to build a classifier: it is to understand when a sample is representative, identify and correct sources of selection bias, extrapolate responsibly to a wider population, and quantify the uncertainty in those predictions.
You will combine Titan OS first-party data with seed audiences and other population-level reference datasets to create predictive cohorts that can be activated for advertising. You will own the methodology from research and experimentation through validation, productionisation and ongoing model monitoring, working closely with Data Engineering, Product, Commercial and Advertising teams.
This role is for someone who wants to solve difficult statistical problems that have a direct commercial impact. You will be a senior technical voice within the Data team and will be expected to challenge assumptions, explain uncertainty clearly, and establish rigorous modelling standards for predictive a
