Job Overview
We are currently sourcing candidates for a prestigious French Speaking Search Engine Customer Expert position in Greece. This role is a unique opportunity to provide high-level support within the dynamic Customer Support Services sector, combining technical search engine knowledge with exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver professional and accurate assistance to users, maintaining the highest standards of the Customer Support Services industry.
• Analyze search engine queries and provide effective solutions to optimize user experience.
• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, or email, ensuring a seamless support journey.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions within our CRM systems.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving search engine policies and service standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to ensure the highest performance metrics are met.

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English for corporate communication.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for this role).
• Prior experience in a Customer Support Services role is highly advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and search engines.
• Ability to relocate to Greece for this exciting career opportunity.
