PEGA Architect /Lead Developer
The opportunity
You will help clients determine the best way to design and develop applications to optimize business processes leveraging Pega Development platform.
Your key responsibilities
Work effectively as a team lead, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update managers on progress of tasksContinuously strive towards exceeding client & team expectations and work on increasingly complex assignmentsDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with client/onsite personnelEnsure on-time delivery of allocated tasksParticipate in Scrum ceremonies and provide status updatesParticipate in design, development, QA, deployment and support as requireUpdate technical architecture/design and unit test cases and ensure high quality deliverablesBuilding of Technical Assets and Accelerators

To qualify for the role, you must have
6+ years of Pega Application development knowledge using Pega Development platformShould have completed at least 3-4 end to end Pega project implementationsHandling a small/medium team of Pega developersHands-on experience in Case Management, Class Structure Design, Pega Integrations, Security Models (RBAC, ABAC), ReportingHands-on experience in Process Flows, Decision & Declarative Rules, Data Pages, File / Email Listeners, Job Schedulers/Queue ProcessorsGood knowledge on UI/UX & Portals development rulesGood knowledge on REST, SOAP APIsUnderstanding of Pega application performance tuning activitiesUnderstand
