Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the channel sales strategy for Spain, including partner recruitment, activation and business growth.
Identify and develop distributors, resellers, system integrators, installers and other strategic channel partners, especially in SMB networking, CCTV, IT and low-voltage markets.
Manage existing partners and drive sell-in and sell-out growth through regular business reviews, joint customer visits, pipeline management and sales activities.
Recruit new channel partners and support them from onboarding to first order and continuous business development.
Work closely with partners to organize local marketing activities, workshops, product demonstrations, roadshows and promotional campaigns.
Promote Ruijie/Reyee solutions to partners and end customers, identify project opportunities and coordinate internal resources to support project development.
Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, channel policies and customer feedback, and provide recommendations for local market strategy.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts,



partner pipelines and activity reports, and achieve assigned sales and channel development targets.
Job Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in ICT, networking, CCTV, security, IT distribution or related channel sales in Spain.
Existing relationships with Spanish distributors, resellers, system integrators or installers are highly preferred.
Strong new-business development capability and willingness to actively visit customers and develop new partners.
Experience in networking, Wi-Fi, switches, security, CCTV or SMB IT solutions is preferred.
Native or fluent Spanish and professional working English.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented and comfortable working independently in the field.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Key Focus: new partner recruitment, partner activation and revenue generation.
