Revenue forecast - build the annual budget and rolling forecast with a full view of business KPIs, and re-forecast by category with Finance each month. Performance - run the daily performance routine with stakeholders and hunt growth opportunities across categories and paid traffic. Offer analysis - analyse which offers perform best by category and contribute those insights to the commercial plan, which the e-commerce team defines.
