Technical / Functional Requirements
You need to be a genuine Rippling HCM specialist, rather than someone who has only worked in one area.
Ideally, your experience should be fairly balanced across:
Rippling HR
Rippling Payroll
Rippling Reporting
Broader HCM functionality
Rippling architecture / architectural experience
Complex implementations and/or optimisation work
You need enough technical depth to operate at an architectural / strategic level, rather than simply being a configuration-focused consultant.
Rippling's own service-partner model covers implementation, optimisation, ongoing support, and complex customer challenges, which aligns closely with the type of consultant AYP is looking for.

Practical assignment
Meeting with the Founder
Following a successful final stage, they will move to offer.

€70-€90 per hour

Experience across HR + Payroll + Reporting
Architectural / strategic Rippling experience
