We're looking for a Senior/Staff Site Reliability Engineer to join our Infrastructure Team in the Platform Domain.

Our core stack is Ruby on Rails and React but the interesting work right now is what we're building on top of that: agentic workflows, LLM-integrated features, systems that behave probabilistically rather than deterministically.
Our Infrastructure team's mission is to keep the Factorial application running 24/7, ensure its performance, scalability and security, as well as research improvements to enable Product Engineers to develop new use cases adding value to our customers.
What are we looking for? ð8+ years of Software/Systems Engineering experience,



with 5+ years as Cloud SRESolid experience monitoring and troubleshooting large-scale cloud deploymentsHands-on with Terraform or Ansible for IaCObservability experience with Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetryProficiency with AWS or AzureSomeone able to debug issues in Kubernetes clustersExperience managing large MySQL clusters with HA configurationSomeone who breaks down complex problems into clear, shareable elementsSomeone who enjoys mentoring and helping others growSomeone who can communicate professionally in English Please note this is not a backend or frontend Software Engineering role.
What You'll be doing?
As a Staff Engineer you'll lead technical discussions and provide guidance to more junior engineers on best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of features.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and implement effective solutions.
