KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and develop chatbots and AI assistants integrated with enterprise systems. Build and maintain agentic workflows using tools such as n8n.Integrate solutions through APIs, webhooks, and cloud services (Azure).Implement and optimize LLM and RAG capabilities, including: Incremental data ingestion Chunking strategiesEmbeddings generation and managementVector search Indexing and retrieval mechanismsRelevance evaluation and troubleshootingContribute to the consolidation and standardization of chatbot and AI-driven initiatives, promoting architectural consistency, reusability, and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.
Monitor, optimize, and scale AI solutions in production environments. REQUIREMENTSProven experience in chatbot development and conversational AI solutions.
Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation platforms.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, MCP (Model Context Protocol), webhooks, and system integrations.




Programming experience with Python and/or JavaScript.
Experience with Azure services, including: Azure AI Search Azure Storage Azure Functions Azure Data Factory Monitoring and observability servicesSolid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Experience in enterprise environments (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystem, or similar platforms) is a plus. LANGUAGESEnglish: Advanced level required for collaboration in an international environment. SOFT SKILLSStrong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
