Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a deep passion for operational excellence and quality standards? An established hotel chain based in Palma, Mallorca, is looking for a qualified Housekeeping Training Specialist to join the team on a full-time interim basis for a period of nine months.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring top-tier housekeeping operations across hotel properties.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Implementing, monitoring, and updating corporate housekeeping standards.
- Supervising the correct application of operational manuals across the chain's hotels.
- Driving continuous improvement in daily operational procedures and service delivery.

To be successful in this position, you should bring solid hands-on expertise in the rooms division along with strong training capabilities.
The requirements for this role are:




- A completed Higher Vocational Training degree (Formación Cualificado de Grado Superior) or relevant specialized training in Housekeeping and Rooms Division within the hotel industry.
- A minimum of 120 months (10 years) of proven professional experience in hotel housekeeping management or training.
- Solid proficiency in hotel property management software, specifically Opera Cloud.
- A valid category A driving licence.

This position offers a full-time temporary contract (interim covering 9 months) with an annual gross salary of 31,679.32 euros paid across 14 monthly instalments. You will work directly from the central operations in Palma while supporting properties across the network.
