With headquarters in Germany and clients across the world, we are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive performance, coach talent, and lead our European sales operations in a fully remote setting. This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who can inspire a team, make sound decisions under pressure, and help turn complex situations into successful outcomes.

What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives supporting our European markets
- Monitor team performance, sales activity, and key commercial KPIs
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, mentoring, and support to help team members improve and succeed




- Support and coach Sales Executives in developing their sales approach, handling objections, and improving conversion
- Drive revenue growth by ensuring excellent sales execution and customer experience
- Support the team in handling complex, urgent, and emotionally sensitive client situations
- Identify performance gaps and implement practical coaching and development strategies
- Identify process improvements and contribute to sales strategy development across European markets
- Work closely with management and cross‐functional teams to align business objectives
- Act as a role model by maintaining high standards of professionalism, ownership, and customer focus
- Participate in the onboarding and training of new team members
- Support the continuous development of sales processes, tools, and best practices within the team

What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills in English ; additional European language skills are an advant
