This Regional Support Manager encompasses the completion of specific business and people development objectives and related regional activities using strong management, leadership, and organisational skills. The role also has an important function in assisting the Residence Managers to improve the operational and business performance of the company. The role requires travelling across all Arcare NSW and ACT residences.
Skills and Experience Previous Regional Support Management experience (desirable)Sound experience in working in aged care or Human Services fieldCurrent registration with AHPRA Demonstrated experience in operational management including Human Resources, people leadership and motivation, budgeting, service delivery and facility maintenance Demonstrated experience in project management Broad understanding of legislation, regulations and requirements, and issues affecting aged care Ability to empower staff to accept responsibility through effective guidance and support.
