Currently we are seeking Regional Business Development Team Leader EMEA.
The Regional Business Development Team Leader drives profitable growth across the PMCC business by leading a regional team of Business Development Managers. The role is responsible for developing and executing regional growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, strengthening strategic customer engagement, and ensuring successful deployment of segment and commercial initiatives. The position serves as the key link between regional commercial execution and divisional growth objectives.
This position requires candidates to be based in Hungary,



Poland or Czech Republic.
What you'll do:
- PMCC Commercial Performance & Business Planning
- Lead regional commercial performance management activities for the PMCC Division, ensuring delivery of sales, orders, profitability, pipeline, and forecast objectives.
- Drive PMCC quarterly business reviews and performance improvement actions across the region.
- Monitor PMCC business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and coordinate corrective actions with Zone Sales and divisional leadership.
- Support achievement of PMCC profit plan commitments and long-term growth targets.
- Lead execution of PMCC pricing strategies and profitability improvement initiatives across the region.
- Drive price realization, margin expansion, and commercial discipline in partnership with Zone Sales teams.
