Position Overview
We're looking for a curious, analytical, and technically fluent Search Intelligence Manager to help Autodesk understand how customers discover, explore, and convert across traditional organic search and emerging AI-driven discovery experiences.
This role supports the broader Search Experience function by turning search, website, content, and customer behavior data into trusted dashboards, clear insights, and actionable recommendations. You'll work with backend data systems, BI tools, Streamlit dashboards, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Snowflake, and other reporting sources to help teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and where to act next.
This is a data and insights role with a search lens. The idóneo candidate is comfortable working with data systems and reporting tools, curious about customer behavior, and excited to learn and shape how search, content,



and AI-driven discovery shape the journey from discovery to conversion.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve dashboards for search visibility, website engagement, content performance, customer journeys, and conversion trends
- Work with backend data systems, BI tools, Streamlit, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other sources to collect, validate, analyze, and visualize performance data
- Diagnose search and discovery trends across impressions, clicks, CTR, rankings, landing pages, engagement, conversion, AI referrals, and emerging LLM-driven discovery paths
- Analyze behavioral patterns for users arriving through organic search and AI-driven discovery, including landing-page behavior, content paths, drop‐off points, and conversion signals
- Identify SEO, AEO, content, and digital experience optimization opportunities based on data, customer behavior, and business impact
- Partner with analytics, data engineering, search, content, marketi
