Responsible for leading and developing the regional sales organization, driving business growth in the retail and farm segments, and managing a team of Retail and Farm Sales Representatives. Ensures effective execution of commercial strategies, customer engagement, and field activities to achieve sales, market share, and profitability objectives within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop Retail and Farm Sales Representatives to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
Execute regional sales plans and deliver revenue, volume, and market share targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, growers, and influential stakeholders.
Identify business opportunities and implement initiatives to expand market penetration and customer loyalty.
Ensure effective deployment of sales, marketing, and agronomic programs at the regional level.
Monitor sales performance, customer trends, and competitive activities, taking corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with distributors, marketing, technical,



and supply chain teams to support business objectives.
Manage regional forecasting, budgeting, and territory planning activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial processes, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
University degree – degree in agriculture will be an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles in the agriculture sector.
Team Leadership experience
Business proficiency in English both written and verbal. Native Polish
