We are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager – Pharmaceutical Compounding, based in Madrid, to help develop this new activity across Europe.
The Opportunity
This is an entrepreneurial business-development position within a new business unit for Flavine. The successful candidate will focus exclusively on developing Flavine's presence in the European pharmaceutical compounding market, supplying APIs and pharmaceutical ingredients to:



Compounding pharmacies Hospital pharmacies Pharmacy groups Specialized pharmaceutical distributors Other qualified organizations involved in pharmaceutical compounding
The objective is to identify opportunities, open new accounts and progressively build a significant European customer portfolio. This is a new-business-development role, not simply an account-management position.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Identify andacquire new customers within the European pharmaceutical compounding market.
- Develop sales of APIs and pharmaceutical raw materials for compounding.
- Prospect compounding pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, pharmacy groups and specialized distributors.
- Develop relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, purchasing departments and other key decision-makers.
- Identify customer requirements and new product opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
